1. Participation at Your Own Risk
By entering the Laser Tag arena or participating in any activity offered by Tanning4U (including RedDragon.ie and EscapeRoomKillarney.ie), you acknowledge and accept that these activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks of injury.

2. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver before playing. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
Anyone refusing to sign the waiver will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be given.

3. Health & Safety

• Participants must be in good physical health.

• Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with heart, neck, or back problems.

• Running, climbing, pushing, or any form of physical contact is strictly prohibited.

• No alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants before or during the activity.

4. Behaviour
Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
Failure to follow staff instructions will lead to termination of the game without refund.

5. Children & Supervision
Children under the minimum age limit must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

6. Late Arrivals & Cancellations

• Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game time.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be provided.

• Cancellations follow the policy stated in the Terms & Conditions.

7. Responsibility for Property
Tanning4U accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Information
1.1. Laser Tag is owned and operated by Tanning4U, located at Woodlands Industrial Estate, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 E95H, tel. 087 710 6600.
1.2. These Terms & Conditions apply to Laser Tag games and other attractions offered by Tanning4U (including RedDragon.ie and EscapeRoomKillarney.ie), covering booking, safety, and participant responsibility.
1.3. By booking, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments
2.1. Bookings can be made in person, by phone, or online.
2.2. A booking is confirmed upon full payment or payment as specified by the organiser.
2.3. Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the game starts.
2.4. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted, and payment will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation 7 days or more before the game – 100% refund.
3.2. Cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the game – 50% refund.
3.3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the game or no-show – no refund.

4. Age & Supervision Requirements
4.1. Children may only participate under the supervision of an adult.
4.2. For minors, the liability waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Safety & Behaviour Rules
5.1. Participants must follow equipment instructions and staff directions.
5.2. Running, climbing, pushing, or any physical contact between players is prohibited.
5.3. Alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden before and during the game. Intoxicated players will be refused entry without refund.
5.4. No food, drinks, or chewing gum in the arena.
5.5. Participants behaving aggressively, abusively, or in a manner that endangers others will be refused entry or removed from the game without refund.
5.6. Failure to follow staff instructions or breaking the rules will result in removal from the game without refund.

6. Liability Waiver
6.1. By booking, participants agree to sign a liability waiver before the game starts.
6.2. Signing the waiver is mandatory for all participants.
6.3. Anyone refusing to sign the waiver will not be admitted, and no refund will be given.
6.4. By signing, participants acknowledge they take part at their own risk and waive any claims against Tanning4U for injuries or accidents unless caused by gross negligence of the organiser.

7. Participant Responsibility
7.1. Participants are liable for any damage to equipment caused by their actions or negligence.
7.2. The organiser is not responsible for unattended personal belongings.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone breaking the rules or endangering others.
8.2. All disputes will be resolved under Irish law.
